Le Phare

Back in 1887 a group of British chaps ton holiday decided that wanted to practice their favorite sport whilst on holiday hatched a plan to build a golf course, they went ahead and created the course on the Plateau de Phare in Biarritz. Opened in 1888 the golf course has now become one of the best known in the region. The club now has a training center and is well known for its high technical standards.
Golf D’Hossegor

A typically British design created in 1930 and then tuned by Cabell Robinson in 2003 the Hossegor fairways are defiantly ranked as some of the best in France. Not only is it a stunning location and course but has an excellent club atmosphere to enjoy as well as many regular competitions.
Le Golf d’Arcangues

Created in 1990 on the family property of Guy and Jean d’Arcangue the golf course offers a great balance of open land holes as well as holes nestled into the Basque woodlands. Spread over 198 acres of oak trees and meadow that wind their way around the village of Arcangues.
Golf de Chantaco

Banged out in 1920 by Harry Colt this course is a great test for golfers of all levels. The course is set close to the Pyrenees and requires strategy as well as accuracy to get the upper hand.
Moliets Le Hapchot

Rated as one of the top 25 courses in Europe the well prepped fairways have hosted may top class championships. The course is very close to the beach and uses a combination of in land holes and wooded areas to keep you busy. IF you are traveling to this part of France then the Moliets course is a must. Ask any French golfer and they will tell you it’s a very enjoyable round of golf.
Golf de Chiberta

A very private club with limited availability for visitors as its such a popular club. Situated close the town of Anglet the Chiberta course enjoys pine tree areas ans well as runs right up to the sea wall.
Golf Blue Green Seignosse

Another course recognised by some of the worlds greatest players. The Seignosse golf course has been excellently designed that enjoys great character with winding fairways that every one of all levels will enjoy.
Makila Golf Club

Yet another stunning course with the Pyrennes as a back drop. Makila is a beautiful wooded course and enjoys large, fast greens with plenty of water features. Created by Rocky Roquemore in the early 90’s the 87 hectares of land have been wonderfully carved out. The fairways are wide and comfortable offering clear views of hills and water.
